As the saying goes, you don’t know what happiness is until you lose it’ you don’t know what health is until you are ill. “Health is of vital importance to life” sounds like a cliche to everyone, but it is absolutely true.

The negligence of the delicate balance of your body and soul, the harmful habits such as smoking, excessive drinking and burning mid-night oil will catch up with you someday. How many big plans are interrupted by bad health! Even a normal life is unimaginable without the guarantee of health.

How to keep fit is an eternal topic of diversity and controversy. Regardless of all the different suggestions poured from all kinds of sources, one should do at least two things for him/herself. First, hold an active and optimistic attitude toward life and maintain a mental well-being. Second, live a regular life and keep a balanced diet. Anyway, a healthy life is within reach when you begin to adjust your mind and body.

Everyone of us is thinking about the future.

What is mine? I have decided become a middle school teacher .

Does it sound surprising?

I had his dream when I was only a child. I love children . I don't think to deal with them all years round is just wasting time . On the contrary , to me it would mean happiness .

As we all can see, teachers are badly needed in our country, but not many of us want to become teachers.

One of the main reasons for this is that teachers work too hard but get too little .

In spite of that, I'm determined to devote all my life to the cause of education.

Lao She's Teahouse

Lao She is one of the most famous writers. Lao She had written lots of famous works. One of the most famous works is The Teahouse. It took place in a Beijing teahouse and it showed the old life in China between 1898 and 1945. The story happened on the owner Wang Lifa and his customers.

The story starts in 1898, during the late Qing Dynasty, and continues in 1916, and finally, the Anti-Japanese War in 1945. Lao She’s Teahouse was lively to open out those events before China liberation. It is a wonderful play to read.
