环境与健康天地万物，都有生命，我们应该关注环境，珍爱健康。

你瞧，大街小巷里、河流里等等一些地方，都有环境污染物。人们吃完东西，塑料袋子随手乱扔，积少成多，污染环境，这对自己没有什么好处，仅仅方便一点，还是危害自己，污染了环境，有害健康。工厂向河流里排出污水，使河水中的生物都失去了生命。而且还伤害附近居民的身体健康。再仔细考虑一下，这样的环境，会使地球的寿命缩短，污染环境，这不也就是减少自己的寿命吗？要想活的自由自在，无忧无虑，无灾无病，就应该爱护环境，多种一些花草树木。让世界充满绿色，到处都能呼吸到新鲜的空气。我曾经亲眼目睹过爱护环境的一件事：一个幼儿园小朋友和他的妈妈走在街上，正巧，小朋友看见一个穿戴时髦的女人在吃香蕉，吃完后便随手一扔，扔在了道路上，这时小朋友正好看见了，他挣脱了母亲的手，跑去把地上的香蕉皮捡起来，扔进了垃圾箱。小朋友望了望母亲，他们不约而同的笑了，那个女人羞愧的低下了头。现在许许多多的人都在吸烟，在公共场合如酒楼、公园等地方都有吸烟者存在，在密集的人群中吸烟，很影响旁人的健康，自己吸烟不但会污染环境，也会危害自己的健康。烟草中含有一氧化碳、尼古丁、有机农药等，都是对人类的身体有巨大危害的。烟草中的尼古丁是一种神经毒素，吸多了主要会让人得心脏病、气管炎……甚至癌症！想必大家都不想得这些症状吧，那么就请你劝你身边的人戒烟吧！这样大家都不会的这些症状了。我希望吸烟的人都记住这一句话：“森林是地球之肺，所以我们植树；但我们自己的肺呢？” 我做了一个梦，梦见了人类生活的很和谐，到处是一片繁华的景象，有这样一个美好的世界，我们才能好好的珍爱自己的健康，我真希望这不只是一个梦，它还能面为现实。
